Choosing the right venue to suit your needs can be a difficult and lengthy process.  There are many different venues offering a wide variety of facilities.

If you are having an event of up to 300 people then there are numerous venues from which you can choose.  However, if your event is to have more than 300 guests, you are limited to some extent regarding your choice of venue.

Sometimes a large venue can appear impersonal, particularly in the cold light of day. However, we are able to dress any venue, thereby transforming the space to satisfy your particular needs. Drapery and lighting are a very effective way to create the atmosphere you want.

Consideration of location, parking facilities and flexibility is particularly important especially in relation to choosing your own caterers.

Catering Facilities
Some venues have rules regarding the use of their own in house or preferred caterers and suppliers. You will need to take this into consideration when choosing your venue. It is worth noting that if you use your own caterers there may well be extra charges including corkage.

Furniture
Some venues offer furniture as part of their service which can be advantageous, particularly if they offer to set up the tables and chairs. The condition of the chairs and the size of the tables for the number of guests is an important consideration. Please talk to us regarding chair covers and any other aspects of the furniture. If you want to have your head table or band raised we can provide staging.
